Compliments and Complaints

The Parish Council recognises both compliments and complaints as valuable feedback that enables the Council to improve the services it offers and the way in which those services are delivered.

If you wish to make a complaint regarding the services offered by the Parish Council please refer to the Council's Complaints Procedure Statement, which can be downloaded from the link given below (printed copies may be requested from the Clerk):

Complaints Procedure Statement 

The Parish Council will try to resolve complaints informally in the first instance. However, should it prove not to be possible to achieve an informal resolution the complainant should submit their complaint in writing. A form is provided for this purpose (printed copies may be requested from the Clerk):

The Parish Council will respond within 14 days of receipt of a written complaint where contact details are provided.
